My favorite pizza ever. I tried Prince St Pizza for the first time in NYC over 5 years ago... who would've thought they would expand to the west coast? But dammit I am so happy that they did! If you like crispy crunchy crust, thick-cut spicy charred pepperoni, hot honey, and cheese - you HAVE TO order the Naughty Pie! The good ol' classic pepperoni also hits the spot :)
This is hands down my favorite pizza spot in the area--I'm a big fan of thicker crusts, and theirs is always crispy and perfect. I've tried a bunch of their pies, but my favorites are the Spicy Spring and the Mercer Margherita. A lot of my friends swear by the Naughty Pie, but I think it's a bit overrated--I'm just not a huge fan of vodka sauce. I've also tried the arancini and mozzarella sticks before, but honestly, I'd skip those and just grab an extra slice instead. The service is always great, and one time I got lucky and showed up right before closing--they hooked me up with extra slices. Overall, this place never misses, and I'll keep coming back for more!
If you're in the Pasadena area, this pizza place was hands down the best I have tasted in forever. When you enter, you are friendly greeted by workers. Let me tell you, these workers are definitely patient in a sense to explain any questions you have about the pizza and how each one may differ on taste. In the end, I decided to get the naughty pie and the sunset square. My honest review: Naughty pie: Such a flavorful pizza. With the combination of the pepperoni, ricotta, and that hint of hot honey oh man words can't describe how great it was. I wanted to order more. You must try it! The Sunset Square: It was clean and to me a sweet pizza. I loved that it balanced out the other pizza I got. Overall, I would visit this place again and mention it to anyone who visit Pasadena
Quick and delicious pizza on the go! Love the ambience and design of the dining area. I tried their margarita square slice and it was crisp and filling. I wish I got a whole pizza (8 slices) because it is worth the price compare to the per slice. I can't wait to try their other slices the next time I stop by.
Prince Street pizza is always a good stop to make! The original slice is the best. It's a must for any pizza lovers.
My favorite pizza ever! Even if one of their slogan says no ranch, this time I agree! Ranch is definitely not needed. Their sweatshirt might be on my Christmas list. I am alllll about the NAUGHTY PIE! Ricotta, hot honey aaaand ricotta all on one pizza?! Say less! I'm all for it! The ITALIAN RAINBOW CAKE is also so good! Love the almond flavor with the richness of the chocolate. One of my faves for sure!!! Can't wait for more!
Pizza here is so good!!! The crust is so crisp and the toppings are so greasy I love it!!! My favorite is the naughty pie. It's the mixture of vodka sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella and ricotta cheeses drizzled with hot honey that make it divine. My second favorite is the classic meat lovers. The toppings are so fresh and the crust is so good. Super happy this Prince St location is close to me!!! Must try NY style pizza in LA!!!
Prince Street Pizza just became my new favorite pizza spot of all time. It was my first time, and let me tell you, it took a "pizza my heart" (piece of my heart). My boyfriend grabbed a Meat Lovers Soho Square slice, which is their famous Sicilian-style pizza, and OMG, this square was life-changing. Picture this: a thick, crispy yet fluffy crust that's like biting into a cheesy, garlicky cloud with a satisfying crunch. The sausage? Juicy and packed with flavor. The pepperoni? Crispy little cups of spicy goodness. And the mozzarella? Chef's kiss! I could've eaten 10 more slices with no shame. But the fun didn't stop there. My boyfriend and I also took home a whole "The Fancy Prince" Neapolitan pizza. This one's got the OG pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella, Pecorino Romano, and basil. If you're into thin, crispy crusts that hold up all that cheesy goodness, this is the one. The fresh basil and olive oil give it a light, herby touch that balances the rich cheese and sauce so it was the perfect pizza according to my pizza-loving boyfriend! Whether you're looking for a quick suare to fuel your day or bring a whole pizza home to devour, Prince Street Pizza's got you covered. They are a little more on the pricey $$ side but I'd say it's well worth the treat. Once you've tried their pizzas, you'll be dreaming of that perfect slice long after your visit!
I love Prince Street Pizza! The Detroit-style pizza (square-shape) is way better than the triangle slices. It's doughy, chewy but crunchy - good if you like carbs. This is a good alternative in Southern California (east LA) if you can't get the OG Prince Street pizza in New York City. The Spicy Spring is just alright to me, but it seems to be a popular one. I like the Naughty Pie with the hot honey and the Original Prince. The Oakey Smokey was not bad, but there was no meat. This location is in the heart of old town Pasadena on Colorado Blvd. There are some metered street parking for $1.25/hour on Colorado, but chances are they're taken. There is a parking structure you can enter from Raymond that is only $1 for the first two hours. There are some free street parking spots that are farther away though. They have bathrooms in the back of the restaurant. There are plenty of tables and seating inside. They have a section for recycling used pizza boxes. The condiments are at the counter and cannot be taken to your table. Enter your phone number for the loyalty program. Credit card/Apple Pay accepted.
